I just bought the last box of strawberries for the season, even though they seemed a bit questionable. I couldn't pass them up! When I got home, I knew that they may be too soft for those little ones to eat straight up. I did a quick search on smitten kitchen's site and found these. Strawberry Cream Buscuits. Yum! This lady has never steered me wrong. They lived up to the pictures (hers not mine) and were the perfect mix of strawberries and cream. Now, I just wish I made two batches!
a side note: We are headed to Portland for five days to find a place! Gonna try and post from there.
